Our Approach
Meeting People Where They Are
Every recovery journey is different.
Triad Recovery Community believes services should recognize the unique strengths, needs, experiences, and goals of each individual.
Our approach emphasizes:
Support. Education. Accountability. Empowerment. Connection. Hope.
Rather than defining individuals by their challenges, we help people recognize their abilities, develop new skills, strengthen their support systems, and identify opportunities for positive change.
Community Resources & Connections
No single organization can meet every need.
Triad Recovery Community works to develop strong relationships with community organizations and service providers so individuals and families can be connected with resources that support successful outcomes.
Depending upon individual needs, we may assist with connections to:
-

What we DO
Triad Recovery Community provides recovery-focused supportive services, education, specialized groups, advocacy, and community resource connections designed to address the needs of individuals and families.
Our services focus on three primary areas:
Recovery Education & Skill Development
We provide educational and skill-building opportunities designed to help individuals strengthen their recovery and improve everyday functioning.
Our specialized groups include:
Anger Management
Participants learn strategies for recognizing triggers, managing emotions, improving communication, reducing conflict, and responding to challenging situations in healthier ways.
Criminal Thinking Using CBT Principles
Participants learn to identify problematic thinking patterns, increase personal accountability, examine consequences, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.
Women’s Issues
A supportive environment addressing issues that may affect women throughout recovery and personal development, including self-esteem, boundaries, relationships, empowerment, emotional wellness, life transitions, and personal growth.
Additional recovery education and supportive groups may be offered based on community needs.
